How to use Boro to prove stream accessibility to customers?
There are three ways to tackle this:
1. Check if there are any events pointing out stream inaccessibility in Alarm journal. Prior to that, double-check the settings of the Alarm profile used for the task.
2. Position yourself to the needed time period on the thumbnail panel inside the corresponding task—this way you can showcase the saved thumbnails.
3. Check the specific task’s event log to find events pointing at stream accessibility (HLS events, program specification, etc.) as well as the lack of events pointing at stream inaccessibility (BadSource) in regard to a specific time period.
