MW SDK 1.9 ENG

Released the next version 1.9 of the MW SDK for STB82x.

Were added to the following:

• Added automatic saving and restoring parameters Alpha, ChromaKey, Mute after restart browser.
• Added function VideoDisplay.DisableChromaKey.
• Added functions to AudioControl object:

   GetAudioStreamsNumber, SetAudioStream, GetAudioStream, SetAudioPID,
    GetAudioPID, GetAudioStreamPID.

• Added functions SetMute and GetMute
[-] Fixed SetChromaKey (added fill black when provider is stopiing).
[-] Fixed receive event PLAY, STOP, STOP_REWIND from provider.
[-] Fixed some bugs.

• Change documentation and example.
