On Elecard Converter Studio Pro v3.3.48 (90902) I'm trying to transcode DVD to h264 in transport stream container, for use as IPTV VOD content.
with the right subtitle stream selected on the opened DVD, and "Convert subpictures to DVB stream" box checked, the transcoded video doesn't show subtitles as a DVB stream in the out file.
Same is if you unckeck that option, there are no overlayed subtitles in the out file. What information you need for debug? Converter Profile, or sample of out video?
Hardware is Core i7 920, 3GB RAM, 4TB raid Software Windows Standard Server 2008 32bit
Any help will be great.

Dear iskoninternet,
There are two options to have subtitles in the output files. The first one is when you check the required DVD subtitles in the "input file information" window and "Convert subpictures to DVB stream" option is UNchecked in "stream type parameters" window. In that case subtitles will be cut on the output video.
The second one is when you check the required DVD subtitles in the "inout file information" window and check "Convert subpictures to DVB stream" option. In that case you will have DVB subtitles as a separate stream.
Did you try both options and still didn't have subtitles? What program did you use? You can check subtitles in the output files in the Elecard Converter Studio.
Also do you see subtitles on the Preview window?
You can send us a profile you used for conversion and a small piece of the output file and we will analyze them. You can use our FTP server or some other uploading server.
Looking forward to your reply!
