Multi-view Monitoring Solution?

Not sure if this is a unique requirement, but I'm researching the possibility of implementing a cost effective multi-view monitoring systems to enable a broadcast facility to monitor it's return satellite feeds. We are currently using consumer set top boxes plugged into an RF distribution system and monitored on standard TV sets. The problem with this is we can only view one channel at a  time or have to deploy many TV sets to monitor many channels. Ideally; if we could multiplex the output of the set top boxes (let's say 10 set top boxes) and output a multiplexed stream via IP to a computer workstation running something like TS Reader which provides a tiled view of all the services in the transport stream, or an application that will demux the services and provide a tiled multi-view which can be distributed and extended via DVI to flat panel monitors. Can Elecard provide such a solution?
