Hello,
we use "Elecard MPEG2 Decoder and Streaming PlugIn for WMP" with WMP 10 and an "homemade" WPF player. In both player we can't use speed ratio (fast forward). The features are disabled.
My OS is Windows XP SP Directx 9.0c
