Mpeg2 plug in for wmp video plays audio doesn't

I have purchased and installed the WMP plug-in and the video plays fine but I have no audio. Audio plays fine with other files and or CD's just not with the mpeg2.

You file can include AC3 audio format. We do not have AC3 audio Decoder filter for this audio format.
You can download and install AC3 filter for example form this site.
If you still have problem with audio after installing AC3 filter please contact to our technical support directly.
