Question

What is the difference between the shareware version and the registered product?

Answer

The Elecard MPEG Player shareware version (with Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder inside) does not provide all of the functions available in the registered version. The shareware version has 21- day evaluation period.

The shareware version of Elecard MPEG Player will feature the Elecard logo in the upper corner of the decoded video until the player is activated. After the trial period has expired, you should purchase the registered version of Elecard MPEG Player/Elecard MPEG-2 Video Decoder or uninstall Elecard MPEG Player shareware product.

Registration allows you to:

1) View decoded video without the Elecard logo.

2) Have access to technical support.

3) Use the TRIM and SAVE AS functions.
