This has been getting very, very irritating.
I currently have Moonlight Elecard MPEG Player 3.0 and Elecard MPEG4 player installed. This combination allows me to play some ".Ts" high definition video files with Sound and Video. I've been using it and the image quality is best.
However it won't play all ".ts" video files. When I try to start, i see the player pop up, but won't display video screen. There is no video. I get sound though.
What do I need to do to make it play ALL ".ts" video files? If there is money involved, I have no problem paying for it. Just get it WORKING for me please.. :x

Hi,
Could you explain a difference between the files can be plyed and can not? Video format, resolution etc...
What do you see right-clicking on the player GUI window?

Hi,
Could you explain a difference between the files can be plyed and can not? Video format, resolution etc...
What do you see right-clicking on the player GUI window? I can't tell which file will play and will not.. the file extension is all same, " .ts". But only some of the .ts files don't play video. Some of the them have no video and no sound. Some .ts files play perfectly fine. It looks beautiful and sounds great. All of .ts files are in 1920x1080 res. and the file size vary from 400MB~ 700MB. but I can play all MPEG files no problems. AVI files, no problems. Some of my High Definition files are in MPEG2 format and they run great! The screenshots down below are the ones that have no videos when playing some of the .ts files. Audio info Rendering Statistics Advanced menu I would really like to stick with Elecard MPEG or DVD player if possible as I don't like any other products from other companies such as PowerDVD, WinDVD, Windows Media Player, RealOne player, VideoLAN VLC player, etc etc.. The Elecard player provides smoothest video display with no fram drops or stuttering and the pictures are cleanest.

problem is in demultiplexer. It just can't find video in TS stream. Could you send us a few megabytes from the beginning of your file? We'll try to fix the problem. You may also request the last version of the demuxer, it was just released, maybe your problem is already solved. Please, contact Sergey at sserg@elecard.net.ru, tell him, that posdnya sent you directly.

What tool do I need to do that? I've sent an email to Sergey and explained about the problem. I'm waiting for his reply..

Hi,
The problem with playback such TS (HD MPEG-2 video) streams was fixed. You will be updated with software by e-mail.
This fix will be included in next release of Elecard MPEG Player.
Thanks a lot for your patience and REAL help in bug finding!

Thank you, Sergey. It worked!!
The patch you've given me fixed the problem completely. There were around 3 TS video files that did not play before, now ALL of them plays great!
So now my MPEG4 player plays everything... AVI, MPEG2/4, TS, you name it..
I used to use "VLC player" before, because that allowed me to run the video file that I could not run with MPEG4 player, but it runs very jerky, it stutters and pauses every 3~4 seconds and also causes some video artifacts or distortions. The VLC player also did not play very smoothly when playing any other video files..
But the Elecard Player(DVD, MPEG2/4 Players) gave me the smoothest and cleanest video playback no matter what type of video file I was playing.
After this patch was installed, it plays everything perfectly. I'm extremely happy.
I must thank Sergey and everyone who helped on this issue. You guys are great.

I have another .TS video file that my MPEG4 player cannot play. I get no video. This is driving me nuts! Sergey, could you take a look at this file? Only the VLC player is able to play it.. but the video is jerky, as usual. I would want the MPEG4 player to play this. The file has been uploaded to your FTP server in the " xk" folder. [HDTV] Aya Matsuura - Ne~e 2003-12-31 [Kouhaku2003] [1920x1080.tsPlease help.
