I can't reactivate card

I install product but I never make register because of I never recived code or for activation. Now trial perido is end . How can I get a code for correct activation , I have original box with his serial number . (Sorry my pour english)

Click start->all programs->Elecard->Elecard MPEG Player->Elecard Registrator->select Elecard MPEG Player there and click the 'Activate' button->enter in the pop up window your serial number (that is provided in your purchase confirmation email)-> you will see "activated successfully" message.

You forgot to add, that he need to buy the software, first. Only after that he will get activation code and may follow explained procedure.

I have original box with his serial number

We never print our activation numbers on any boxes
