Hi,

Do you have an example in vb.net that uses your .net sdk to create a simple video conferencing application?

Thanks for any help,
Aaron

Elecard .Net SDK includes the NwPlayer sample application that is supplied in three variants: VB.Net, C#, Managed C++.

The NwPlayer sample application receives streams from network using the Elecard NwSource filter and the Elecard Push Demultiplexer filter. It allows user to select one of the received streams and plays it in the video window. Also it uses the PlayerView and PlayerAudio classes (described in .NET Base Classes) and has the video window placed on the application main window.

IMHO, this sample is a good starting point for writing your own network data-transmiting applications, including conferencing.

Classes.dll is the core of all .Net samples. For using Classes.dll in your own allpications you should buy the full (not evaluation) version of SDK.

Each kind of our .Net SDKs consist of two parts: the first one is the core (this is the Classes.dll) which realizes and presents object model; the second part - samples.

The version of our .Net SDK which you can download from our side is the evaluation version, supplied without sources and API documentation. It consists of compiled core and compiled samples based on this core. You may run samples for understanding what kind of tasks you can do using our SDK's object model.

Note: at present NwPlayer excluded from Elecard Decoder/Encoder .Net SDK because it will be incuded in the Elecard Streaming .Net SDK.
The beta version of the last one will be released by the end of april. Using Streaming .Net SDK you will be able to develop RTP and RTSP senders and receivers.

In order to obtain the full version of SDK - please contact sales@elecard.net.ru.
