Hi! Smiley

I recognized, that in the newest versions of your program MPEG player, the filter graph is not working anymore.
There are 2 things: the new DLL ELGViewer.dll is not working anymore, it crashes. For this reason, you have hidden the button "View graph" in the program MPEGPlayer.exe.

So i'm still using old versions of both ELGViewer.dll (Version 1.0.5.50826, date 26.08.2005) and MPEGPlayer.exe (version 4.0.31.50908, date 08.09.2005).

Hi,
Thank you for your report but could you please describe the issue as detailed as possible? Maybe you found some regularities when and why it appears? Maybe on some special files, or with some special settins? Any additional information would be appreciated.

Hi eugene!

I'm sorry, but this is the most detailed description i can give you. When i install the latest version of the MPEG player on my system, the button "View graph" under "Settings" - "Video" is missing or maybe invisible. When i use the last version of the file MPEGPlayer.exe that still has this button, the software crashes, when i click on "View graph". When i also replace the DLL ELGViewer.dll with an older version, the option "View graph" is working.

Hi,
Thank you!
Could you please send me the DxDiag file of your computer?
Please, click Start -> Run and type DxDiag in "Open" line;
- click "OK" and you'll see the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window;
- click "Save All Information" and save the file;
- send me this file using tsup@elecard.net.ru.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Please download and try the latest Player version:
http://elecard.com/products/product.php?product_id=144
I should mention that this version hasn't the button "View Graph"; to see the Gurrent Graph window please use <CTRL>+<F>.

Hi,
Sorry, it seems it's a mistake in our documentation - I don't know why but because of some reason the line were lost...
We'll certainly fix this ASAP.
