Please close all applications that can use our filters (all media tools) and
reboot the PC. It sounds like some filter is blocked while you are trying to install the player and this might cause the problem.
hm what tools can this be? i have no player open if you mean that
Our guess is that some filters were uninstalled the first time and some still exist in your system.
hm where are all the filters coming with the player stored? in the shared files folder only? i unregistered all filters in that folder by hand with no change
