Hello, Smiley

I have a requirement where I have to validate the quality of live video which is palying from any website(eg.Youtube).
While going thru Elecard products I felt Stream Inspector does this.

Could somebody please help me if anyone has used or if you have any other solution and also please provide me the manual for "Stream Inspector" if available as I could not find it.
