Activation Problem

Hi,

We have just purchased:
Elecard AVC Streaming PlugIn WMP
Elecard MPEG2 Decoder&Streaming Plug-In for WMP

We did used the regitrator tool to activate the two components and they are shown as Activated (under the registrator).

But in my application I still have the Elecard logo at the upper left corner of the screen for AVC streams,
I don't have the logo for MPEG2 Streams,
The filters are loaded via CLSID. I already tried to re install the 2 components without  success.

What can i do to remove the elecard logo?

We would like to pay your attention that Elecard MPEG2 Decoder&Streaming Plug-In for WMP as well as Elecard AVC Streaming PlugIn WMP are for end-using non-commercial purposes only. Both plug-ins are intended for usage in Windows Media Player and show no logo there after successful activation. That is why you have Elecard logo when loading Elecard AVC Decoder from this plug-in in your own application.
