We have developed a product and will also be distributing a trial version. We would also like to include the Elecard DVD player trial version on the CD as well, does anyone know if this is allowed and if so are there any specific requirements we'd need to follow ?
- Yes, you can insert the 21-day shareware version of our software. In this case you should inform your customers that with your software they receive Elecard shareware and in order to register it they should purchase it.
The product is a niche one and the target market does dot have ready access to the internet (for security reasons) hence we can't simply direct them at the Elecard website.
- The registration system of our software does not require ay internet connection. However, our products are sold via internet. So, the end-user needs an internet: to make the order, receive SN for activation by email and download the latest version from our site. Then he/she can install the software at the required equipment.
