WMP Plugin Version 1.2 License and Codec Priority

Hello,

I have 2 problems:

1. We (VideoBank) purchased a license but it only works on version 2.0 of your codec, we need to activate version 1.2 of your codec because version 2.0 does not correctly decode the mpeg2 stream that our encoders are outputting. We've tested v2.0 several times and it simply is not an option, can we exchange our license for version 2.0 for a 1.0 license? Thanks.

2. Is there any way to force Windows Media Player to default to using the Elecard codecs? We've already seen on the forums this thread: http://www.elecard.com/forum/index.php?topic=4099.0 which uses the Win7DSFilterTweaker_3_7.exe to modify the priority of the codecs but we'd like to have a more elegant solution. There is no Elecard Mpeg-2 decoder for WMP 2.0 or 1.2
There is the version Elecard AVC PlugIn for WMP 2.0
Please, give me more information of your purchasing (order number,  date of purchasing, person name or company, email)

Unfortunatelly there is no any update concerning force Windows Media Player to default to using the Elecard codecs.
