Hi all!
Si all i got is the MPEG video playback problem and some de-interlacing issue

You said that the Elecard MPEG Player is the best high def media player in the world. but you also confessed that it failed you in de-interlacing when playing 1080i MPEG2-TS files.
Thus in this way there is a fine contradiction in your representation!

Please correct me if i am wrong!
Huh??.. I was referring to the apps currently available for iPad 2 that are having issues playing MPEG2-TS files. Elecard has not yet (if they ever will) released the app for iPad 2, so you understood wrong.

As for Elecard MPEG Player being the best compare to other "free" or similarly priced apps, yes, it is true. All the rest are junk as I have tried quite a few out there... VLC and Media Player Classic are junk, but I really shouldn't say that as they can be had for free..... So far, Elecard MPEG Player has the best performance in playback. So far this is the only player that gives you the feel of "60~100 FPS" when playing 29/30 FPS video clips. In the video, when the camera turns, the objects - even while they are in motion - do not stutter, not a zip! It's rock solid.
Back to the Elecard support reps, thank you for ignoring my posts. I asked you nicely but you refused to reply..... I am disappointed.

Apple iPad2 will become worthless to me if I can't find a descent app to play the MPEG2-TS files with proper de-interlacing as I have about 1600 of those. 720p compressed files (mkv or avi) look crap on the iPad 2 screen as I have very high expectations in PQ. I also need the option to adjust contrast setting for video playback.
