eavcenc_hd crashes

Whenever we attempt to programatically change the settings in the encoder it crashes.  Now it is crashing even when we make the changes through the encoder property pages.

Please advise.

Also, when we try to programatically change the muxer it returns a "notify encoder event called" but is not one of our debug messages.  Is this coming from the filter itself, and how do we properly talk to the filter.  We are using c#.

Hi I have a similar problem. It is not crashing every time but quite often. Are you using also latest SDK 1.3.3?

ps: i have contacted support via e-mail, but there is no reply yet.
