Why does "emac.ax" crash

under Elecard MPEG-2 HD Encoder Pack G4 1.3.2

When our application to encode MPEG-2 video file ,the "emac.ax" will crash.
But when I disconnect Elecard MPEG Audio Encoder,that would normally to compress.
I use the GraphEdit to make a test and it crashed but we can normally use WMV encoder to compress our video file.

Any help would be appreciated....!
