I want to converse AVCHD lite files (m2ts - AVC/H.264 1280x720 16:9 50.00 fps)from my Panasonic TZ10 camera into MPEG-2 files to use them in Premiere CS4.
Can anyone tell me witch profile I must choose and the bitrate and the sound?

I have Elecard Converter Studio AVC HD Edition version 3.1.33

Hi,

Depending on how good the quality of input video you need to have in as output you can select bitrate.
Try to encode by Mpeg-2 DVD 480p24 with Mpeg 1 Layer II audio

Also try this profile, to save your resolution and aspect ratio as input video
