I have purchased the cyberlink h264 encoder and I think its the same one you guys have. Cyberlink is in a partnership I guess.
Would it be redundant to purchase the tools and the player from you guys?

I was looking at the mpeg player 2.3.2, I have the powerdvd 60 as well, but I know I will need the plugin to be able to view the h264 files I create. So what would you suggest...purchase the moonlight player and that will allow me to view the h264 files in both PowerDVD 6 and your mpeg player 2.3.2.

Is this correct?

I was thinking about using this format on my home network. I have several media servers, from nero to dlink to linksys. Wouldnt these files handle and view better over a network than regular mpegs and divx?

Thanks guys...I am new here..but been doing computers for over 20 years. I am now a retired IT director and trying to fill in the long days at home.....playong with video, have a large selection of sci-fi, keep around a teribit online at home.

see ya'

Our MPEG Player 2.3.2 supports H.264 format. But, as far as I know, the Cyberlink Power Encoder (AVC edition) includes the Moonlight H.264 Decoder. If you are not able to play H.264 encoded streams,  please consult Cyberlink technical support.
