cannot connect video renderer to inftee

Hi,
Need some help.
In the following scenario(all filters apart from video renderer are Elecard filters)
source -> demux->videodecoder->videoScaler->inftee[2outpins]->mux
                                                                                       ->videorenderer
It fails on connecting inftee with video renderer.
tried some other setups.
Stepping back, videorenderer won't connect directly to the videoscaler either.
It does, however, connect to decoder directly.
Videorenderer fails to connect even if inftee is moved one step back (i.e. connect inftee to decoder) and connect after it video scaler and videorenderer.

Please build a graph like this:

source -> demux->videodecoder->videoScaler->inftee[2outpins]->encoder->muxer->writer
                                                                                      ->color space converter->videorenderer

I did that. It connects all-right but now graph won’t run. It locks and never comes back from:
GraphState CStateManager::CurrentGraphState()
{
   SCOPE_LOCK(m_CritSec)
   return m_currGraphState;
}

It is waiting to come from WaitForState.

Please specify:
1) What format do you decode from? (MPEG-2, AVC, MPEG-4, other)
2) What format do you mux to? (MPEG-2, AVC, MP4, other)
3) What filter do you use for dumping? (File Writer, Elecard Sink filter, other)

1)Decoding from MPEG2 video,
2)Muxing into MPEG TS,
3)Dumping with NWRenderer.

I cannot find the obvious reason of this problem.
