Conversion from AVCHD to Premiere ProCs3

I am looking for the conversionparameters to convert AVCHD to Premiere Pro CS3 so that, when I import the outputfiles in Adobe there is no rendering requiered.
My camera is the Sony CX520.

Dear Foppe!

According to my experience of using the application the required parameters for Adobe Premiere CS3 are:
1. MPEG-2 Program Stream ("stream type parameters" window);
2. MPEG-2 video ("video encoding parameters" window);
3. MPEG-1 Layer I or II audio with 32.000 or 48.000 kHz frequency ("audio parameters" window).
