I had a h264 encode card,it output element h264 stream,I plan to use the mpeg mux filter in EC Codec SDK to convert it as transport stream,I use the Evaluation Version of the SDK to do test, but I found the generated ts file can not be played in any media player,it seems that the muxer only works with the encoders in SDK(I also test the MainConcept MPEG encoder,it failures too),so can I use the mpeg mux with non-elecard encoder?

I use the Evaluation Version  SDK to do my test.

Hello pango,
You can use MPEG Multiplexer with non-elecard encoder.

Please specify, what filter graph do you constract?
(Example: Source -> Elecard MPEG Demultiplexer -> Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder -> Elecard AVC Encoder -> Elecard MPEG Multiplexer -> Elecard Sink Filter)

Hi,
My question ties up (maybe) indirectly with this subject. Do you have (I don't think you do at the present) plans to implement VC-1 codec in the near future? I am trying to decode MPEG TS, VC-1 encode it and NWrender it. Or do I have to source out a VC-1 filter from somebody else? From what you said before on this topic, there should be no apparent problem in using your filters with say a VC-1 encoder.
The following may seem very weird from the commercial point of view and please feel free to reply to me in private but, since you don't have VC-1 codec do you have a recommendation/preferred supplier where I can get VC-1 codec from?

Hi Irina,
I did so, twice so far, and no reply with the suggestions as yet. Can you please look into this and reply to me privately. I know that Elecard doesn't do VC-1 filter but it is absolutely crucial that I have that filter, and having it will guarantee the use Elecard SDK. In other words it will be beneficial to Elecard too.
Many thanks
