Error in XMuxer Engine Remux Mode

During trim process, ater pressing start, I get error:
Dialog box Title: Error in XMuxer Engine Remux Mode
Diaglog box: Cannot start process.

Why is that? What do I do to get it to work? It has worked before successfully.

There are many situations when this error can appear.
Please give us more details about this problem:

1) Please make the screenshot of the graph that player build for file you are
trying to trim. Please open this file with our player and push 'Ctrl+F'. Make the
screenshot and please send it to us.

2) Please send us the screenshot of trim settings that you use. I have attached
the example to this letter.

3) Please tell us on what the Elecard MPEG Player version there was no this issue?
