Elecard VOD server

We are evaluating Elecards VOD server but all our RTSP requests are seen as '400 Bad Requests' even though they are identical (at the TCP/IP packet level) to requests sent from a vlc client which are '200 OK'

We get a broken pipe meaning that the VOD server is refusing to listen and closing the socket.
What are we doing wrong?

You can try to use yum utility, which downloads all neded dependencies automatically.

Used yum utility, but error (REDHAT 5.3) 
yum install elecard-xworks-3.0.24234.100528-i386-rhel.rpmLoaded plugins: rhnplugin, security
This system is not registered with RHN.
RHN support will be disabled.

I have successfully installed, because not registered RHN can not update the package needed.

Let me ask, is running a demo version as many client? Thanks for reply.
