hello all!

I want to encode videos to MPEG4 SP (and only that) and after a lot of researchs on the net, I test your product, but when I want to test it, loading a video in MPEG4 encoder I have a message "demultiplexer not found" "Elecard MPEG4 video encoder not found" "graph is not built" what is that?

please request me faster, I must to find my problem and your soft is apparently the only on the net to encode on MPEG4 SP!

thanks

EDIT: I have test elecrad converter studio demo that works coorectly however I can't choose single profile, when I click the choice is automaticly on advanced simple profile why?

Hello alt.
Thanks a lot.

I found that the problem was with the password field more than 8 characters, but the reply was always "ESME_ROK" instead of "ESME_RINVPASWD".

But now its all fine and working perfectly.

Thanks a lot to everyone.
