Sent mail on 8/14 asking for full version of 3.2 to upgrade my 3.0 version which I purchased on 6/27/08. There was never a reply.
Sent mail again on 8/23. There has still been no reply.

What is going on?

Dear Users,

Several times we faced up with the issues when some mail-servers fail to deliver messages to tsup@elecard.net.ru address. Sometimes we can determine such problems but in most cases they are beyond our abilities. Therefore if you use your personal mail-box instead of question form on our web-site please use tsup@elecard.com address for your requests.

Also, registered users may use members area to get in touch with us and receive an update for their products.

blackjackshellac and Otti, did you receive atleast automatic reply from our system with the ticket number? Could you tell me your ticket numbers so that I could track down your requests and find out why you didn't get any reply from us?
