how can we use XMuxer Pro to add null packet to make CBR for H.264 video content.

Hello jacopski,

To make CBR Transport Stream by adding null packets - you need to right-click the upper line of the right (output) pane in the Remux Mode and select 'Use padding' option. These actions are described in the XMuxer Pro online tips:
