I have the live video source filter with low value of FPS, about 1 frame per second. Time stamps on the samples are OK.

I try to use "Elecard MPEG-2 Video Encoder HD" 4.5.010895.080215 for encoding it and writing to the file. As a result the written file played back irregularity with a lot of lugs.
Connecting the output pin of encoder to the file sink filter with or without multiplexer have no difference.

P.S.
"LEAD MPEG2 Encoder" for example, produce properly played back file from the same video source.

Hi.

This version does not support actual framerate without multiplexing. In the next version of encoder (5.0.012315.080506) option "frame rate convertor" enables such functionality.
