MPEG4 Video decoder - setting playback rate causes a crash.

We are using  the mpeg-4 decoder pack and Mpeg-2 decoder pack, version 3.0.  Our video stream is a mpeg2 program stream with mpeg1 audio and either mpeg2 or mpeg4  video. To be very specific, the video is from a vweb encoder card and the elecard mpeg4 decoder says the video subtype is 78766964-0000-0010-8000-00aa00389b71.

When we try to set the playback rate, using either

IMediaSeeking->SetRate
OR
IMediaPosition->put_rate

the program crashes inside of quartz.dll.  Mpeg2 does not suffer from this problem.  We have looked at the graph and it is only using the elecard components.  It also crashes in the Moonlight player and directshow samples from MS.

Is this a known bug?  ANy way around it?

Please try to use latest version of Elecard MPEG Player and MPEG-4 decoder from this pack. If the problem still exists then we definitely need to take a look at your stream. In this case please contact us by tsup@elecard.net.ru and we'll send coordinates of our ftp-server for file uploading.

We are currently testing Elecard Codec SDK G4 1.0.80410 Eval on mpeg2 ts and mpeg4 video files.
We've got the same problem : the rate change (via IMedaSeeking::SetRate()) works with mpeg2 ts but crashes with mpeg4 video.
The mpeg4 graph has the elecard demultiplexer but a non-elecard decoder because it seems there is no mpeg4 decoder in the eval version.

Is this bug fixed ?
