Converter Studio Standard and support

I am registered user os Converter Studio Standard since the first version. Version 1.0 and 1.1 was released in demo and full modes. To get a full I need to send a email to support and I receive a link to download 48 hours after.
The first minor version of 1.2.x release the things change and I receive a serial number to put in Elecard Registrator.
I think that all new versions since 1.2 will not need to send a email to support to get a full version but the releases of 28th August and 17th September 2007 is a DEMO in elecard converter studio home page. I send a email at 28th August to receive my link and didn't receive until now.

The support is not good.

Thank you very much for using our products and for the feedback!
I have searched though our e-mails data base and didn't find your request from August 28, but your request from August 30 was answered within 12 hours by Olga. Perhaps, there were some troubles because according to following correspondence that reply didn't reach you. Then Olga re-sent her answer once more on September 11.

We exchanged emails using our automated system after that unfortunate case and everything seems to work fine now. By the way, following your suggestion, we've changed our workflow to prepare changes list each time new build appears.

We hope you'll continue using our products and we shall make everything possible to make you satisfied with them.
