AVC HD to DV Transcoder on Win Vista

I am trying to run the evaluation copy of the transcoder under Vista with 3G RAM. I'm trying to convert a sample stream created with my Panasonic HDC SD1 camcorder. The transcoder allows me to preview the video created with the HDC-SD1, but as soon as I click the convert button, the application hangs. Nothing happens. Any ideas? I know the manual lists XP and Win2000 as the supported operating systems only. Is it not supposed to work on Vista? Could someone please advise?

Dear Constantine,
Please upload you file on our ftp (ftp.elecard.com, user name: uploader, password:ybrjveybrf,tkmyjcnm) it help us determine a problems. Inform me file name.
