Crashing when trying to convert m2ts file:

Access violation reading memory

Seems to only happen on certain videos though.  I can preview the video with the video preview button, but crashes upon pressing convert button.

Please upload you file on our ftp (ftp.elecard.com, user name: uploader, password:ybrjveybrf,tkmyjcnm) it help us determine a problems.  Inform me file name.
