Dancing Elegard Icon domnt disapaears although valid registr

Hi folks,

my name is michael and i'm here for the first time and
i hope we have a good time together.

unfortunately i cannot write this mail directly to Elegard because of no support Address and now i try it here.

i have register years ago my elegard player but i get an dancing Elegard Icon in some of my movies. how can i avoid this stupid dancing Elegard Icon and wach films without any problems.
