Elecard mpeg encoder std - error need help!!!!

I tried the downloaded version of elecard application sdk with my capturing application while setting the property for mpeg1 vcd I am getting error like below:

V139: Invalid video constrained parameters setting(1) for width/height/frame rate

Could you please describe more detail the filter graph you use and the type of source video. The screenshot with filter settings will be also very helpful. Please, send this information to our tech. support.
