Cutting large files is an awfull job with XMuxer Pro

I´m working with Xmuxer Pro 2.5.108

When I want to cut large files ( f.e. 2 hours long, H.264 AVC-Video / AC3-Audio) I´m not able to cut the files accurate at the position I want, allthoug I have indexed them.

When I preview the file and set the Start-Position where I want, then go to the position where the film should end and set there the End-Position, the result after remuxing is a film that starts and ends at very wrong positions.

So I try another Start- and End-Position, remux again (which costs several minutes) and will see, that the positions are still wrong and so on ...

So cutting a 2-hour-film costs about 3 hours and the result will still be not that what I wanted.

Does anyone have the same problems and solved it perhaps with a trick ?
