eMoDe Version 2 -- Issues

Hi,
         We downloaded the latest eMoDe version(2.0) from the Elecard site and these are some issues we faced.

NOTE:  We uninstalled the previous version of the eMoDe system
           and then installed the new version

  1.  The Elecard RTSP MAsterclient.exe works fine with MPEG2 files.
       -> M4V, MP4 files are not playing though.
           Are we missing anything in this case?
 
  2.  The files are not playable from a remote system.
       The streams are accesible only from the same computer
       in which the RTSP_Server is running.
     
  3.   Atlast, the RTSP_server service is not starting in a
        computer with WINDOWS 2000.

     The message we get when we start the service is..
       System error 1075 has occurred.
       The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.

You can use VoD server and MPEG Player or IPTV ActiveX player as client
