We have purchased both the SDK, and several player licenses.  We are trying to playback SMPTE 302M files, but can only see the video, no audio.  Do you support this standard?  If so, how can I get it to play out the audio?

What the version of demultiplexer and audio decoder do you use?
We support this format not so long ago. You must have our Layer II Audio Decoder (version 1.0.000027.60725 or later) and MPEG Demultiplexer (version 1.0.77.60823 or later).
If you not have necessary version  you can address to our QA ( tsup@elecard.net.ru ) or sale ( sales@elecard.net.ru )
