Hi,

I have video in MPEG-4 simple profile compressed form and  audio in MP2 format.  The Elecard player can play them separately.  But, how can I play them together using Elecard player?

If I want to put  MPEG-4 video and MP2 audio in AVI format., then what should be the FourCC for video and audio such that the Elecard Player can play the AVI file?

Please help.

Hi Prabhu,

First of all what format your MPEG-4 video is encapsulated in (AVI,ASF,MP4,MPEG-2 TS ect)?

In fact I suppose it should already has some FourCC.
Nevertheless you can use some FourCC like  MP42 (Microsoft - MPEG-4 Video Codec V2), 3IVD (FFmpeg DivX ;-) (MS MPEG-4 v3)) and so forth.

Take a glance at existing FourCC list on free-codecs.com
