 It would have been nice to know that I NEED TO ACTIVATE THIS ACCOUNT BEFORE I COULD USE IT! Just a tip; Make it a point to mention it on the redirect page!

 Please explain why I have to pay $14.95 for the MPEG2 Decoder and Streaming Plug In. If there was a problem with it, it’s not fair that you want me to pay for your fixed Demultiplexer version.

:x I don’t know which program uses his file. Please inform me of the companies and products in which this file is included. I want to find out which program I have installed on my computer. I want to contact the company and complain to them about this problem. Then I need to remove the program from my computer. :x

Hi,
First of all I'm very sorry for delay in replaying you...
In any case it seems you were informed by the wrong way because there is no need to purchase anything and certainly it's free!
You should simply visit our site http://www.elecard.com/products/products-pc/consumer/mpeg-player/.
On this page please find the words:
"If you have encountered issues with Elecard MPEG Player 2.3.2 and lower.."  You need uninstall all versions of Elecard player below 4.0.2 then download, unzip and run Elecard MPEG Demultiplexer Patch installation to fix the issue. "To download the patch click here" (http://www.elecard.com/ftp/pub/mpeg/player/Elecard_MPEG_Demultiplexer_Patch.zip)...
Please feel free to contact me should you have any question.
