Now I'm using evaluation SDK.
I made the following filter graph on GraphEditor.

MPEG4 video encoder -> Mux -> file writer / NWrenderer
AAC audio encoder    ->

NWrenderer send the stream that average bit rate is 800Kbps.
But filewriter makes too big file, 8Mbps per sec.

I turned off "USE Padding option" as "No" on Mux.
Mux encapsulates stream as MPEG2TS.

I can't understand why this difference between the stream and the file is created.

I should use file writer to save.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.

You should use Sink Filter instead of File Writer with MPEG Multiplexer because File Writer works with container file formats such as AVI, MP4, etc.; while Sink Filter works with streaming file formats like MPEG.
