Hi Tigana,

Couple weeks ago one of my students presented exactly what you need - capture data from web camera, encode it and send by UDP.
I'll ask head of our student lab to upload it to our students work are http://www.elecard.com/about/researchlab.php
It will be there in couple days.

I've found "MultiStreamer" program.

A program is designed to provide streaming of live video from any number of web cameras simultaneously. It enables the user to stream video from Desktop (The camera connected to PC via USB) and IP (The camera available o the net over IP) cameras in MPEG4 format with varying resolutions, bitrates, and framerates. There are independent control tools for IP or Desktop cameras.

I need create streaming of live video from USB Web camera. And play video on another PC on LAN.
For playing I have "EMpgPlayer".

My steps :
1. Start Elecard MultiStreamer.
2. Chose 'Desktop cam source'
3. Push button 'Start graph'

4. Start Elecard MPEG player
5. Push button 'Open As...'
6. Switch to Network
7. Switch to RTSP
8. for URL specify 'rtsp://localhost:554'
9. Press OK

But, Error occurred. Sad
