The problem is caused by the fact, that you haven't filled the mediatype completely. In this case, decoder cannot work. We are going to add the feature of parsing data and  automatic work of decoder  with incomplete mediatype soon.

I think you mean RTCP, but not RTSP.
We are working on implementing RTSP in NWRenderer, but it is not ready yet.
We are going to make it in one of the next releases.

We are now planning to release new version of .Net SDK. It will be available on our website later. Of course, it will include all necessary network components and sample applications.

The problem was in some filters on that PC, which were inserted automatically by WMP.

In this situation the best way is to use Elecard MPEG Player + AVC Plugin. This configuration can guarantee the correct work of all components.

The problem was that this certain payload was not supported by RTSPNEtSource and implementing of it needs additional time. Right now we have no such plans in our roadmap.

There should be no problems with filters separately from SDK. SDK is needed if you want to configure the filters programmaticallly.

FYI: You can use Elecard XMuxer for converting (remultiplexing) .mp4 into TS files.

Packetizing according to rfc2190 isn't implemented in NWRenderer, because rfc2429 is newer and suitable for both H.263 and H.263+

There is no such bug in NWSource. It can be caused by problems of network or something else. First you can try the scheme on one PC and after then try to reproduce it in different PCs. If you want to get more detailed answer, please write the details.

We don't use WMV streaming in our products and we have no components for it. We use broadcasting in MPEG2 Transport stream or in Elementary streams (MPEG4, AVC + AAC)

As I 've replied in email, now we have no such products.

We can not guarantee the correct work of our filters with these devices.
We are using two source filters in our solutions:

NWSourcePlus filter - receves streaming from a network
RTSPNEtSource filter - connects to server via RTSP and after then receives broadcasting.


RTSPNEtSource now supports only broadcasting in MPEG2TS.
NWSourcePlus supports both Transport stream and Elementary Streams (MPEG4, AVC + AAC)

The best way to check the compatibility is to download our codec SDK or codec pack and try it.
