A developer program where ISVs can create new filters and components that get qualified by Elecard and sold by Elecard and where the developer gets a royalty.

Kinda like iPhone Apps.

Has anyone else been using 64-bit Windows 7 with Elecard H264, MPEG4, ...  codecs?

Mine don't show up in Graph Builder.

And, when I try to register the DLLs (*.ax) they fail.

Any insight would be appreciated.
