Hls есть и на 820 приставках. Он там появился даже раньше.
Но вот адоб флеша нет.

Только купить другое устройство у нас с той же функцией.
Это правильное поведение после появления питания уходить в стендбай для бытовых устройств.

Скорее всего прошивки вашего провайдера имеют подпись и они не будут прошиваться после нашей. Пишите в личку, попробуем помочь.

Судя по описанию параметры верные.
Можете закинуть ролики с проблемами нам в stb   elecard.ru?

Можете нам в саппорт кинуть кусок потока с этим дополнительным пидом? stb собака и далее

На сколько я понял, не работает именно проигрывание этого файла по хттп.
Это можно проверить вбив урл в фавориты. Браузер тут не при чем.
Вы пытаетесь играть аля вещания по хттп, но используете для этого контейнер ПрограмСтрим (Program Stream).
Нужно использовать Транспорт Стрим (Transport Stream) для этих целей. С програм стримом работать не будет.

Еще, такое чувство что у вас плейлисте не в UTF-8 формате. Русские буквы квадратамина приставке.
А почему не используете xspf плейлисты и программу передач? Мол чтобы один плейлист на  VLC и на сетоп?

На какой прошивке не играется? У нас все нормально идет с этим каналом.
