I've installed my copy of Elecard DVD player in Windows Vista 64.  It sees a DVD and starts playing but it only plays very slowly, like 1 frame every 30 seconds.  Is the DVD player compatible with Vista?  If so what could be the problem?  Otherwise will you be releasing a compatible player?
