Elecard announces the official release of HEVC Analyzer with buffer analysis and floating license support

Elecard, a leading developer of codecs for digital video, officially announced the release of Elecard HEVC Analyzer v1.12, the video quality analysis tool for HEVC/H.265 format.

The released version is enhanced with a new buffer analysis feature which analyses decoder video buffer parameters to ensure system operation stability. The buffer parameters are based on the SEI values. If SEI is not available, the parameters are reconstructed using the stream level\tire.

The new version also supports floating license approach in which a limited number of licenses is shared among a larger number of users over time for more convenient usage of software.

Elecard keeps constantly improving the product and we will be glad to get your feedback and features request. The next product update will provide memory, performance and response speed optimization.
