Low Delay SDK Updated

Elecard has officially announced a release of Elecard Low Delay SDK v1.1 that comes with updated components and improved functionality. The new version brings enhanced encoding quality of MPEG-2 and AVC Encoders, as well as optimized memory utilization.

Elecard Low Delay SDK is a software kit designed for development of digital video processing applications where ultra low latency compression/decompression and HD quality picture are issues of paramount importance.
